Well, everyone, last week I mentioned how things have been pretty busy lately and posed the idea of temporarily cutting back to posting every other week. I’m going to go ahead with that plan. Hopefully, this won’t be for more than a month or two while I catch up everything that needs to be done (in you need, refer to last week’s post for the details). At the latest, I hope to be back to the regular one a week posting schedule once the school year is over as there will be no substitute teaching to do for a few months. That will free up at least one day a week to work on this and other things. Plus my parents, whom are both in K-12 education, will be free to help my grandparents more instead of me doing a lot.
That said, next week is National Library Week so I plan to write a bit about that. This year’s theme is “Lives Change @ The Library.” Also, upcoming is Preservation Week (April 27 to May 3) so I’m sure I’ll have a post on that closer to then.
Sorry to disappoint for a few weeks. In the meantime, if you have any ideas for topics you would like to learn about on the subject of libraries, archives, or history please comment and let me know. I’ll see what I can do.
